Payment
All online purchases are paid for at the time of purchase, using a credit
card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Refunds
To get a full refund from Community Controls, you must return the merchandise
within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in the original packaging and in
new condition to receive full credit. Returned products not adhering to this
standard will be dealt with at the sole discretion of Community Controls.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Warranty
We honor all OEM warranties. The warranty period of Community Controls
transmitters is 24 months, beginning from the manufacturing date of the
transmitter. During the period, if the product does not operate correctly, due
to a defective component, the product will be repaired or replaced at the sole
discretion of Community Controls. The warranty does not extend to battery life,
or to the transmitter case, which can be damaged by conditions outside the
control of Community Controls.
Returns
If you are returning merchandise to be considered for a warranty issue, it is
your responsibility to get the product to Community Controls. If the merchandise
is covered by warranty, Community Controls will pay to ship the repaired or
replaced product back to you.
If you are returning merchandise because you have no use for it or it is
extra, please see our policy on Refunds.
If you ordered the wrong product, simply return the product in the original
packaging to Community Controls and we will replace it with the product that you
want.
If, for some reason, Community Controls shipped you the wrong product, we
will cover the cost rectify our mistake.
Shipping
Community Controls uses United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States
Post Office (USPS) for all outbound shipments. The cost of shipping is based on
the weight of the products being shipped.
